Pet Policy
Pet Rent is $25.00/month per pet.
There is one-time Pet Fee of $300 for one pet & $500 for two pets. The Pet Fee is nonrefundable. A total of 2 pets are allowed per apartment.
Breed Restrictions include, but are not limited to: American Staffordshire Terrier, American bull Dog, Akita, Fila Brasileiro, Presa Canario, Tosa Inus, Pitbulls, Chows, Dobermans, and Rottweiler.
Any visiting or temporary pet will be considered a resident pet, and all applicable pet fees and monthly pet rent will apply.
