Pet Policy
Pet Rent is $25.00/month per pet.
Pet (One-Time) Fee is $300 for one pet & $500 for two pets. Pet Fee is nonrefundable. Total of 2 pets allowed.
Breed Restrictions include but are not limited to American Staffordshire Terrier, American bull Dog, Akita, Fila Brasileiro, PresaCanairo, Tosa Inus, Pit bulls, Chows, Dobermans and Rottweiler.
Visiting or temporary pets will be considered having a pet in the unit and pet fees and rent will be due
